Daibutsuden, The Great Buddha Hall in Tōdaiji temple, Nara, Japan.
Standing 48 meters high and 57 meters wide at the front, it is one of the largest wooden structures in the world. The statue is seated inside this Great Buddha Hall himself, reaching a height of 15 meters, or the equivalent of a five-story building.
Suur Buddha saal Jaapanis Nara linnas asuvas Tōdaiji templis.
Hoone on 48 meetri kõrgune ja eest 57 meetri laiune ning väidetavalt on see olnud kuni 1998. aastani maailma suurim puitehitis. Buddha kuju selles hoones ulatub 15 meetri kõrgusele, mis on samaväärne viiekorruselise hoonega.
